Tips:How Does A Pure Sine Wave UPS Power Inverter Work?

We see that the pure sine wave inverter first converts DC to AC, and then increases the input voltage (12V, 24V, 48V...) to reach an output voltage of 230V. All our household appliances can be used. From direct current to pure sine wave alternating current. The challenge is to convert direct current into a wave in which current flows periodically in both directions. Let's start with a simple switch. Periodically switching the DC current gives you a square current alternating between zero (switch off) and maximum (switch off). Now you have a periodic current, but it’s not flowing in both directions, it’s still far away from the sine wave. In order to make the current flow in both directions, you need an automatic switch that flips the incoming DC power back and forth by reversing the contacts. This can be illustrated by a rotating disc with a cross-shaped connection. The speed of the turntable will determine the frequency of the alternating current. Now, you have a periodic current flowing in both directions. However, it is still the shape of a square. It requires more electronic circuits to smooth the square into a precisely defined sine wave.
