Note:

  1. The single phase motor should not be adjusted to run based on a lower frequency than 80% of its rated frequency for along time, otherwise the motor may fail.
  2. Our frequency inverter cannot be used as a power source, it can only be directly connected to an induction motor to control the motor speed.
  3. This frequency inverter does not control the reverse operation of the motor, if you want to reverse operation, please refer to the motor nameplate instructions.
FAQ

How does a single-phase frequency inverter work?

  • Input power rectification: The variable frequency drive inverter convert the input AC power into DC power through the rectifier circuit. This is usually accomplished using a bridge rectifier circuit, which converts the positive and negative poles of the AC power supply into DC.
  • Filter circuit: Add a filter circuit to the rectified DC power supply to reduce the pulsating components in the power supply through capacitors and other components to ensure that the subsequent 1.5kW inverter circuit can work stably.
  • Inverter circuit: Convert filtered DC power into AC power with adjustable frequency through the frequency inverter. Inverters usually use bidirectional switching devices, such as thyristors, thyristors, etc., to change the frequency of the output power supply by controlling the on and off of the switching devices.
  • The single-phase inverter achieves precise control of the single-phase motor through the above steps, thereby adjusting the speed, torque, and other parameters of the motor. This control method can achieve smooth speed regulation of the motor, improve energy efficiency, and reduce equipment losses.

Quiet 1.5 kW single phase output frequency inverter
The 1.5 kW single phase output frequency inverter itself seems well made. Fit and finish is excellent. It's been working consistently now for 4 or 5 hours of operation. So far, very quiet, very reliable!

A solid and reliable 1.5kw single-phase output frequency inverter
I got the 1.5kw single-phase frequency inverter and it's been awesome. The price was great, and it handles everything I need with a 9.6A rated current and 0-1000Hz output frequency. The cooling fan and solid build keep it from overheating. The LED screen is super handy for monitoring changes in real time. Works well in various temperatures too.

No, our 1.5kW frequency inverter can not be used with batteries, nor solar, it can be used for AC supply only.
