Decent power, good for basic needs, but not perfect for everything.

This 12v 500w inverter works well for most of my smaller appliances and charges devices quickly with the USB port. It’s compact and the cooling fan does a good job keeping it from overheating, even on long drives. Due to it being a modified sine wave, it’s not ideal for sensitive electronics or some appliances like my washing machine, which had a bit of trouble.

Dependent on Vehicle Battery

When used in a vehicle, the inverter relies on the car or boat's battery, which can drain the battery over time if the engine is not running.
