A bit heavy for light-duty setups, but good for serious industrial applications.

We installed this 18.5 kW frequency inverter on a production line motor, and it’s been running steady even with fluctuating input power. The RS485 communication makes integration with our control system simple. The shell feels tough and handles the factory environment well.

Good customer service

I start the device and the inverter cannot be used. There are still many problems with the inverter itself, so I raised these questions via email. I received great answers and solutions quickly, and I gave them a thumbs up for their good customer service!
