Note:

  1. The single phase motor should not be adjusted to run based on a lower frequency than 80% of its rated frequency for along time, otherwise the motor may fail.
  2. Our frequency inverter cannot be used as a power source, it can only be directly connected to an induction motor to control the motor speed.
  3. This frequency inverter does not control the reverse operation of the motor, if you want to reverse operation, please refer to the motor nameplate instructions.
FAQ

How to maintain a variable frequency drive?

  • Clean the radiator regularly. It is recommended to clean the radiator at least once a month to remove dust and debris. You can use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to clean and ensure that there are no obstructions on the surface of the radiator to ensure good heat dissipation.
  • Check the connection line tightness. Regularly check the connection lines between the variable frequency drive and other equipment to ensure that all connections are tight and reliable to avoid failures caused by looseness. It is recommended to conduct a thorough inspection every quarter and tighten loose wiring.
  • Monitor operating temperature and voltage. Operating temperature and voltage are key factors affecting home power inverter performance. It is recommended to use temperature monitoring equipment and voltage monitoring instruments to monitor the operating status of the variable frequency drive in real-time.
  • Replace cooling fans regularly. The cooling fan is an important component to ensure the normal operation of the variable frequency drive. It is recommended to replace the cooling fan at least once a year to ensure its cooling effect.
  • Check the condition of the filter capacitor. It is recommended to check the condition of the filter capacitor at least once a year. If aging or damage is found, it should be replaced in time.

Easy to operate
This 2.2kW single phase output frequency inverter did exactly what I needed. It is also very convenient to operate. It has been used for five months so far and everything is working well. If I need more frequency inverters, I will continue to buy in here.

Works perfectly
I have bought two of these frequency inverters over the past 15 months and have found them to be quite a good value. I'm very familiar how to wire and set up. So far, very quiet , very reliable! Works perfectly! I'm very satisfied with these single phase 2.2kW frequency inverters.

I'm glad to have this VFD
I bought two 2.2kW variable frequency inverter to run those single phase motors of mine and it turned out to be very good, nice looking, and an affordable product for this type of application. Easy to connect, even keeping the control panel away from the inverter. I would recommend this product.

Great little VFD
Received the VFD and found it was only the size of one of my palms, I had some problems assembling the CNC get up, I contacted the VFD seller by email and they got back to me the very first day and sent me an easy to understand the wiring diagram, I am satisfied.

My question about frequency inverter
Hi, I am wiring a model GK3000-230037 frequency inverter and am wondering where to ground the 220V single phase input. Does it share the same ground as the 3 Phase output €.

Sure, if you connect to the ground system directly, that would be better.
