What size solar generator do I need?

1. Determine your power requirements: Make a list of all the devices you plan to power with the portable solar generator, such as lights, refrigerators, laptops, medical equipment, or power tools. Note the wattage (W) of each device. This information is usually found on the device's label or in the user manual. Add up the wattages of all the devices you plan to run simultaneously.
