FAQ

What is the working principle of a single-phase to three-phase inverter? 

  • First, a single-phase to three-phase inverter is mainly composed of three parts: a rectifier circuit, a transition circuit, and an inverter circuit. The rectifier circuit converts the AC output of a single-phase power supply into DC through a coil transformer and a rectifier bridge and then filters the DC through a capacitor to ensure the quality of the DC.
  • Next, the transition circuit includes components such as capacitors and inductors, which are used to divide the DC power of the power supply into three phases. After this step is completed, the DC power will enter the inverter circuit.
  • Finally, the inverter circuit converts the DC power into AC power in an instantaneous corona manner, which is mainly composed of MOS tubes or IGBT components. In this way, single-phase electricity is converted into three-phase electricity.

Solid 7.5kW vfd that's been a great addition to my setup.
I've been using the 7.5kW single-phase to three-phase frequency inverter for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic! It easily converts my single-phase setup to three-phase. The LCD is clear and easy to read, and the inverter handles a wide temperature range, so I don't worry about it overheating.

Lack of directions
This VFD was not easy to install actually thought about sending it back. The directions was of no use. Luckily one of my neighbors had a little understanding about electronics and electricity. Once we changed a few settings it worked fine. Used for a 10 hp motor.

Easy to use VFD
This is the first VFD I've set up and used, and so far the process has been pretty straightforward in my testing. I'm going to use it to control a 7.5hp 3 phase motor, just do as the manual says and you'll find it all easy.
