Tips: Why are there fewer solar pump inverter failures in low temperature weather?
1. Winter light is usually not good, solar pump inverter output power is low, solar VFD is running at low load, so the possibility of failure is low.
2. The ambient temperature is low, solar pump inverter operates at low temperature, the reliability of electronic components increases, so it is not easy to malfunction.
Low temperature will not affect the operation of the solar pump inverter. Most components can withstand low temperatures of -25 °C. Moreover, once the inverter is running, when the power component has a current, the temperature will rise and the operating temperature will be greater than the ambient temperature.
Most of the solar pump inverter faults are due to heat, so the inverter should be installed in the place where ventilation and heat dissipation. If you want to have a long life of the inverter, try to choose a inverter with higher power.
