How to design a solar water pumping system?

Refer to the flow and head requirements
The flow refers to the amount of water you need per hour or day. The head is the height of the water pumped away from the well. So select the right solar submersible water pump for your flow and head needs.
Choosing the right solar pump inverter
For the solar water pump, the DC controller (inverter) is matched. For another solar power water pump, the selection is based on the various parameters of the solar water pump for pond. Pump parameters include: AC or DC, single phase or three phase, boost, pump power, indoor use, outdoor use, or underground use, and other parameters. After confirmation, select an appropriate solar pump inverter.
Choosing the right solar panel
According to the power of the solar water pump for deep well and the strength of the sun, choose the right solar panel. Usually, we choose the power of the panel, which is 1.5 times the pump power. If want higher output voltage, increase the solar panels as appropriate.

Solid solar pump for deep wells!

This 750W solar water pump really gets the job done. I’ve been using it to fill my tank, and it handles the deep well effortlessly with a strong flow rate. The plastic and stainless steel impeller feels durable, and I love how eco-friendly it is running entirely on solar power. Just wish the outlet was slightly larger for my setup.

Best 72v pump

I purchased this pump for my ranch. Found a old well that's 300ft deep so I placed the pump at 220ft and ran a 11/4" plastic pipe 3/10ths of a mile away feeding a pond and still get 20gals a minute. Using a 3000watt generator and have ran it non stop for 3 days and very satisfied with the pump.
