15 hp horizontal centrifugal pump with 16.3m3/h maximum flow, 81.2m maximum head, and 40mm diameter of inlet and outlet.

Features:

  1. The centrifugal pump has a horizontal structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
  2. It is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just lift off the conjunction flat nut of the vertical pump. Then, all the rotor parts can be taken out.
  3. A horizontal centrifugal pump can operate in series and parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
  4. The installation angle of the pump outlet can be 0°, 90°, or 180° to meet different connection occasions.

Tips: Centrifugal pump troubleshooting - motor current is too high

  • Reason 1: The power of the supporting motor is too small. The solution: adjust the supporting motor and replace the motor.
  • Reason 2: The revolving speed of the water pump is too high. The solution: reduce the revolving speed of the water pump.
  • Reason 3: The pump shaft is bent, and the bearing is worn or damaged. The solution: correct the straightening of the pump shaft and repair or replace the bearing.
  • Reason 4: The stuffing is compressed too tightly. The solution: Release the stuffing gland.
  • Reason 5: In practical operation, the head is much lower than the pump head, causing a too high flow rate. The solution: Turn down the outlet valve and control the water pump flow rate.
  • Reason 6: The coupling is not concentric, or the clearance between the couplings is too small. The solution: Correct the concentricity or adjust the clearance between the couplings.
  • Reason 7: The pump has been stopped for a too-long period, thus causing heat expansion. The solution: implement the normal operation procedure and stop immediately for inspection in case of a fault.
  • Reason 8: The motor is wetted because of being dipped in water. The solution: dry the wet motor.

Great pump
I have been using this centrifugal pump a couple months now. It's a simple plug and play install. Anyone can do it. Pumps are great and I would recommend to anyone!!
