15 hp vertical centrifugal pump is non-self priming centrifugal pump, has maximum flow 16.3m3/h (72 gpm), maximum head 82m (269ft), the same diameter of inlet and outlet 50mm (2 inch). Low price 3 phase centrifugal pump also has optional input voltage AC 240V/ 380V/ 460V to 480V and optional input frequency 50Hz/60Hz, can be used in pipeline pressurization of production line, cooling tower water feeding, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire water and air condition system water supply.

Features:
- The centrifugal pump has the vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. And the inlet and outlet are on the same center line, so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
- It is easy to install and maintain. No need to dismantle pipeline system, just lifting off the conjunction flat nut of vertical pump. Then all the rotor parts can be taken out.
- Vertical centrifugal pump can be operating in series or parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
- Vertical pump can be installed in vertically type or horizontally type according to the requirement of pipeline system.

Tips: Centrifugal pump troubleshooting - insufficient flow and head
Possile reason: Air leakage of the water adsorption pipe or bottom valve, blockage of the water inlet, insufficient underwater depth of the bottom valve, too low water pump revolving speed, too serious abrasion of the sealing ring or impeller, not standard sunction height and so on.
Solution: Check the suction pipe and the bottom valve, block the air leakage source. Clean up the silt or blockage at the water inlet, guarantee the depth of the bottom valve be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe, increase the depth of the bottom valve, check the power supply voltage, increase the centrifugal pump speed, replace the seal ring or impeller, reduce the installation position of the pump, or replace the high head pump.
