25 hp vertical centrifugal pump with 61m3/h maximum flow, 73m maximum head and 80mm diameter of inlet and outlet.


  1. The centrifugal pump has the vertical structure. The diameter of the inlet and outlet are the same. And the inlet and outlet are on the same center line, so that the vertical centrifugal pump can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
  2. It is easy to install and maintain. No need to dismantle pipeline system, just lifting off the conjunction flat nut of vertical pump. Then all the rotor parts can be taken out.
  3. Vertical centrifugal pump can be operating in series or parallel connection according to the requirements of flow and head.
  4. Vertical pump can be installed in vertically type or horizontally type according to the requirement of pipeline system.

Tips: Fault treatment of the centrifugal pump - Unable to pump water
It means the centrifugal pump has the following faults: Be unable to pump water, have difficulty in start-up, or the flow is reduced.
Reasons of unable to pump water:

  1. Insufficient injection of liquid before pumping.
  2. Air or air leakage in the pump or suction tube.
  3. The suction height exceeds the allowable range of the pump.
  4. The pipeline resistance is too high.
  5. There is debris in the pump or pipeline.
  6. The motor is overloaded.

Reasons of difficult start-up:

  1. Incorrect installation, friction, stuck or bearing burned and locked.
  2. The outlet valve is fully open in start-up, the resistance inside the outlet pipe is too small, and the pump load is too heavy.
  3. The suction pipe is not smooth and the axial force is too large.
  4. The stuffing is too tight or the mechanical seal assembly is skewed, the compression is too large or the like.
  5. The power supply has problems.
  6. Water leakage and heat generation in the gland packing area.
  7. The bearing is overheated.
  8. Vibration, noise.

Man-made faults:

  1. Lack of lubricating oil or selected lubricating oil does not meet the requirements.
  2. Wrong technological process (operation error).
  3. Pump rotation direction is wrong.
  4. Improper or late maintenance.
